January, 2010: The 2007 Sonoma Coast offers an array of fruit, potpourri and forest floor notes on the nose that will transform into rose petal and spice with age. The palate is layered with perfectly ripe red and black fruit and finishes with some youthful structure. More than our past Sonoma Coast bottlings, the 2007 will require some cellar time or extended aeration if opened in the near term. Hold.
